The EU energy label applies to certain light sources as defined by EU energy labelling rules. Our LED shelf is designed as RGB ambient/accent lighting (colours created by mixing red, green and blue). A “white-like” tone is produced as an RGB mix and is not comparable to the warm white light of a conventional white LED. Because the LED shelf’s RGB ambient lighting falls outside the values defined for “white light” in the EU regulation, no energy label is available for this product. We therefore do not provide an energy label for it.

Regardless of this: we place great importance on safety and material compliance. The product is placed on the market in accordance with the relevant EU requirements (e.g. CE conformity and RoHS); the relevant evidence is kept in our technical documentation.

30-day voluntary returns

You can voluntarily return your order to us within 30 days of receipt.

The goods must be unused, complete, free of signs of use and in their original packaging.

We will provide you with a return label. Regardless of the order value, a flat return fee of €3.99 is charged for each return and deducted from your refund.

• Germany: free shipping
  
• EU: free from €349, otherwise €19.99
  
• Switzerland & Liechtenstein: shipping costs by weight, shown in the basket
