The EU energy efficiency label refers to specific light sources as defined by the EU energy labeling regulations. Our LED shelf light is designed as RGB ambient/accent lighting (colors created by mixing red, green, and blue). A "white-like" tone is produced as an RGB mix and is not comparable to the warm white light of a conventional white LED. Because the LED shelf light, with its RGB ambient lighting, falls outside the limits defined in the EU regulation for "white light," an energy efficiency label is not available for this product. Therefore, we do not provide an energy efficiency label for this product.

Regardless, we place great emphasis on safety and material conformity. The product is placed on the market in accordance with the relevant EU regulations (e.g., CE conformity and RoHS ); corresponding documentation is available in our technical documentation.

30-day voluntary return policy

You can voluntarily return your order to us within 30 days of receipt .

The prerequisite is that the goods are unused , complete , without signs of use and in their original packaging (OVP) .

We will provide you with a return label for your return. Regardless of the order value, a return shipping fee of €3.99 will be charged and deducted from your refund.
