That's why we offer you a voluntary 30-day return policy .

Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal, you can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt – the process is simple and transparent.

You can return your goods to us within 30 days, provided the following conditions are met:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt
• Item is in its original packaging (OVP)
• No signs of wear or damage.
• Complete with all accessories

Our products stand for quality – and they should arrive back with us in exactly that condition.

1. Register your return by email with us
   
2. You will receive a return label from us.
   
3. Pack and ship the goods securely for transport.
   

For each return, we charge a flat processing and shipping fee of €3.99 . This amount will be taken into account in the refund.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price within a few working days via the originally chosen payment method.

Should the goods show signs of use or be incomplete, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable compensation for the value.

Please note that custom-made or individually configured products may be excluded from the voluntary return policy.
