Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal, you can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt – the process is simple and transparent.

The following provisions do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

In addition, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days in total from receipt of the goods. Under this voluntary right of return, you can also return goods after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

Beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, you can return your goods to us within 30 days, provided the following conditions are met:

• Returned within 30 days of receipt
• Item is in its original packaging
• No signs of use or damage
• Complete with all accessories

Our products stand for quality – and that is exactly the condition in which they should come back to us.

2. We’ll send you a return label
   
3. Pack the goods securely and send them off
   

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we will promptly refund the amount via the payment method you used.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price within a few working days via the originally chosen payment method.

Should the goods show signs of use or be incomplete, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable compensation for the value.
